Adding Endless Surfer

Endless Surfer was added as a playable browser project inside the portfolio.

The game includes movement tuning, shark hazards, warning/chomp states, scoring, local high scores, and escalating difficulty.

It gives the portfolio a playable project instead of only screenshots and text.
